What to include in your message

To help us find and fix the problem faster, please include:

• The app name — for example, Foxy List or Foxy Wish;
• Screenshots from your device — a picture is worth a thousand words;
• Your device model and iOS version — for example, iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18;
• A few words about what happened — what you did and what you expected instead.

One small, honest thing

Foxy Family is a tiny indie studio — no big offices, just a couple of caring people and a whole bunch of foxes. We can't promise to work miracles or fix everything instantly, but we promise to genuinely try. Your patience and kind words mean the world to us. 💜
