Welcome to Foxy List! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Foxy List mobile application (the “App”), provided by Sergei Zinovev (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Foxy List is a personal shopping list manager designed for individual use. You may use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Foxy List offers optional subscriptions to unlock premium features: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and lifetime access (one-time purchase).
Payments are processed via your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Foxy List stores all data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, track, or transmit any personal data to our servers or third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
All content and code within the app, including its design, logo, and features, are the property of Sergei Zinovev and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
