We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Foxy Sync (the “App”) handles your data.
Foxy Sync is a companion app that displays the battery charge level of your Apple devices (such as iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods). Foxy Sync does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
To show battery levels, Foxy Sync reads battery status information made available by iOS for devices connected to your Apple account or the same local network. This data is used only to display battery levels inside the app and is not transmitted to our servers.
Battery readings and app settings are stored locally on your device and, where applicable, synced privately through your own iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.
Foxy Sync may send local notifications (for example, low-battery alerts) based on settings you choose. These preferences are stored locally on your device.
Premium features, if offered, are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Foxy Sync does not collect or store payment information.
Foxy Sync may use Apple frameworks (such as Apple Push Notification services and iCloud) solely to provide its core functionality.
Foxy Sync does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the app develops. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest revision — please check back closer to launch.
