These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Foxy Sync mobile application.
Foxy Sync uses the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
All purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are managed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Foxy Sync is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
